Completing Nuclear Decay Processes Word Problems

This is a basic drill and practice exercise in completing nuclear reactions involving α and β(+,-) decays and simple fission processes where there are only two products. There has been no effort to test the actual feasibility or likelihood of the processes presented, so some of them will likely test credulity. Rather, it's just about proper completion.

  • When you press "New Reaction", a reaction/description will appear to the right.
  • Enter the mass number(leading superscipt) and atomic number(trailing subscript) in the appropriate boxes and press "Check Answer"
  • If you press "Show Answer", the solution will be displayed and you will no longer be abel to submit an answer for that problem.
