Welcome to Mr. Fennemore's Lab Report Wiki for the 2009-2010 school year.

Throughout the school year student groups will be required to post and edit a complete lab report. There will be approximately thirty to forty lab reports for each year listed below. You and your group will be assigned to one or two, dependent on class size, of these lab reports.

Lab Report Format should be followed.

Chemistry Laboratory Experiment

1. Laboratory Techniques (Wingrave pp.1)
2. Units: Matchbox Cars Scaled Up (Personal)
3. Density: Identity of Unknown Metal (Both: Inquiry pp.3-10 and Wingrave pp.18 part B)
4. Density: Concentration of an Unknown Salt Solution (Wingrave pp. 18-19 part C)
5. Physical & Chemical Properties: Separation of a Homogeneous Mixture (Wingrave pp.31-32)
6. Reaction Kinetics: Reaction Rate versus Concentration for Iodine Clock Reaction (Common: Inquiry pp. 89)

Additional purpose:

This wiki will also be an area where students will create their own chapter/section/unit review. These areas are peer-reviewed; be mindful of the content that you post. This is an opportunity to share what you have learned, an act of teaching others, which is the best way to fortify that knowledge. It is also an opportunity to work on your ability to write clearly about scientific matters.
